Deep groove ball bearing:
It is the most representative rolling bearing with a wide range of applications. It can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load, suitable for high-speed rotation and requirements of low noise, low vibration situation. These bearings are widely used in automobiles, electrical, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and various professional machinery.
Cylindrical roller bearings:
large radial load capacity. It is suitable for both heavy load and impact load and high speed rotation.
N type and NU type can be moved axially, which can adapt to the change of the relative position of shaft and shell caused by thermal expansion or installation error and are most suitable for use as free end bearing.
NJ type and NF type can withstand a certain degree of unidirectional axial load, NH and NUP type can withstand a certain degree of bidirectional axial load.
NNU type and NN type have strong rigidity against radial load and are mostly used in machine tool spindle. FC、FCD、FCDP type can withstand large radial load, mainly used on rolling mill rolls. These bearings are mainly used in medium and large electric motors, generators, internal combustion engines, reduction gears, loading and unloading, and various industrial machinery.
Spherical roller bearings:
The arc center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the bearing center and has the performance of centering, so it can automatically adjust the axis irregularity caused by the deflection or different center of the shaft or shell. The spherical roller bearings can withstand radial load and bidirectional axial load, especially with large capacity of radial load, which is suitable for heavy load and impact load, and can be widely used in mining, paper making, oil and other fields.
Angular contact ball bearings:
Single row angle contact ball bearings, when subjected to radial load, will produce axial force, so the two bearings should be configured back to back or face to face. There is a contact angle between the ferrule and the ball, and the standard contact angle is 15 degrees ,25 degrees, and 40 degrees. The larger the contact angle, the greater the capacity to bear the axial load, and the smaller the contact angle, the more favorable to the high speed rotation. This kind of bearing is mainly used in machine tool spindle, high frequency motor, gas turbine, oil pump, air compressor, printing machine, etc. The four point contact ball bearing can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load, which is mainly used for axial positioning of jet engines and rolling mills in steel mills.
Tapered roller bearings:
It is mainly used to support radial and axial combined loads mainly with radial loads. The axial load carrying capacity of a bearing is determined by the contact angle. The larger the joint angle, the larger the axial load capacity. The tapered roller bearing is a separate bearing, and the inner ring with roller and cage forms the inner assembly. Can be installed separately from outer ring.
Thrust centering roller bearings:
the axial load capacity is very large and can withstand both axial and radial loads, but the radial load must not exceed 55% of the axial direction, such bearings have automatic centering performance. Mainly used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, paper, cement and other industries.
